I made a thorough search of the project planners, and I found that Calligra Plan does exactly what I need, and also, that it is the only one which is open source and contain Resource Leveling (and has a gui, because the latest TaskJuggler doesn't).

So this is nice, but when I sent over my plan to Windows users, they were not able to open it. The Calligra-Gemini suite does not contain it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Calligra-Gemini on Windows
2. Search for the Plan application
3. It is not included

Actual Results:  
no Plan on windows

Expected Results:  
Plan should have a windows installer

I love Plan, but there are still many people on windows, so if I want to share the plan, I need a cross-platform tool.
