When I Move a docked Window it gives stutters like the one in the URL provided, 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an Image file.
2.Restore down the Image Window.
3.Move the Window around.

Actual Results:  
Stutters...

Expected Results:  
Give me smooth display of the actual image file with 0 stutters.

I don't think we can do much about that. It's either a problem in Qt or in the graphics driver. It isn't something that happens inside Krita itself, or which happens for all users.

In any case, in order to determine where the problem is, we need more information. Do you have:

* opengl enabled or disabled?
* does it make a difference whether "Don't show contents when moving sub-windows" is enabled or disabled.
