After updating to 5.4.95, after login there is no panel and no desktop, only black space, I can still run applications using krunner.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use an up to date Fedora Rawhide
2. Login to Plasma

Tested on bare metal (Intel GPU), and KVM virtual machine

Now I tested on F23 with 5.4.95 copr and it works fine, probably Rawhide problem, not Plasma.
