Merging layers with animation does not work.
All the keys from all layers are lost.
Undo operation does not restore the keys as well.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
a1. Create 2 layers with 2 diff. animation sequences/keys.
a2. Merge the 2 layers.

b3. Undo the merge operation.

Actual Results:  
a. All keys from both layers are lost.
b. Undo does not restore all keys from both layers.

Expected Results:  
a. Resulting animation and keys should be merged
b. Layers should be separated and original keys restored.
