Should have been fixed in my recent commits, can you please test again with recent git? Thanks! The effect does not disappear any more. However there seems to be a related bug: The effect cannot be changed after reloading the project. The values will change in "Properties" but the changes will be accompanied with "Problem editing effect" and if you switch to another track and back, the values from the saved project will be set again. You can however drag and drop the edited properties on another track, which will then accept the changed values. The old track will go back to "as it was when the project was saved originally" though.
