The panel can't be dragged back over the document. I've tried to switch and extend screens, To press Alt Space and move the panel - it always stays locked into place.

Detach from toolbar is broken because of Qt bugs...

It is still doing this on my Windows 3.0.1.90 build. I am sure it is still a Qt bug. Just marking as confirmed.

We had to remove the detach from toolbar functionality for the toolbar popups, so this bug is no longer relevant.
