Relaunched and attempted to create a bug  "Launch bug report wizzard"

Installed both using Synaptic and Ubuntu Software Center

It seems to take a snapshot OK.  When you click on "Save as" it "pop's under"

I thought that at one time the program used to work.  I particularity like the delay feature.
