Rouven, is this bug still present or has it been fixed? Can you please try using a recent stable Kdenlive release 16.04.2? If the bug has been fixed, then I would like to ask you to be so kind as to close this bug report. Thank you very much for your cooperation! It is still present. It just crashed on exit. the first project since then. i probabaly cant install a newer version. i depend on the debian distribution. they may have their reasons to not intergrate the newest version of kdenlive. i dont know. The current version has been ported to QT5 and KF5. I assume this issue is not applicable in the current version. Please try to install a newer version and close this issue. Also try going to the forums for further help, you might get more help from there. cheers Unfortunately, Kdenlive doesn't have the developer resources to support older Kdenlive versions than current stable, dev, and beta branches. At this time this is 16.04 and beta 16.7.90. We're sorry, but there is no more support for Kdenlive 0.9.10 or older. as you say? one last question about the project: the crashreport software stated that the information of the backtrace was/is useless. is it really useless? to me it seems that it exactly points to the line were the error occured. a second question about you: you set it to resolved: it is not resolved. as long as the bug is present nothing is resolved. who are you? thank you for your attention. (In reply to rouven from comment #5) > as you say? > one last question about the project: the crashreport software stated that > the information of the backtrace was/is useless. is it really useless? to me > it seems that it exactly points to the line were the error occured. probably this is already fixed (ot not present in current version). > > a second question about you: you set it to resolved: it is not resolved. as > long as the bug is present nothing is resolved. who are you? i hope you understand the situation here, the bug is not reproducible since the version you are using is outdated and no longer maintained. you could try to compile it yourself or help us make a snap or flatpak release. unfortunately the devs are scarce and your issue is distro specific and not a kdenlive issue. good luck. > > thank you for your attention. let us know how we can further help you. cheers Closed due to old kdenlive-0.9.10 |
