Currently, all wipes used by a project need to be installed either with MLT or Kdenlive. However, I have project-specific wipes and don't want to clobber them my Kdenlive luma installation. Also, whenever I need to reinstall MLT/Kdenlive or use my project on another system, I need to first remember any project-specific luma wipes in order to install them (not a good idea).

Would it be possible to add an additional item to the wipe file drop down box for the settings of the composite transition? Such as "select wipe file..." which then allows the user to select a project-specific luma file, adding it to the drop down box to be used in this project.

Will need changes to the effectsstack code, and the handling of "lists" in particular.
