Not able to change to own icon on self added folder on "Places" panel.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.drag an folder to "Places" panel
2.Go to properties edit of this icon
3.Click on icon to change, then the icon selector apear
4.click on browse button, to select own icon, not the given icons
5.Now, the problem: the selector window won't apear on top, it goes on background, and not able to select anything, it wont come on top of other windows.

Actual Results:  
Can't select any own icons.

Expected Results:  
Symbol selector, or browsing, should be on top of other windows, to be able to select own icon.

Fedora 23 KDE Spin, Breeze Dark Theme, and Breeze dark icons.

I see the exact same problem here, using Kubuntu 15.10 with its Plasma 5.5.3 packages

No one to fix this error?

It is a presistent bug until now, not fixed.

Please, we can't add own icons on the "Places" icons. Repair this bug, someone.

... and the problem seems to be on all new KDE 5, i have now Manjaro KDE Plasma 5, Dolphin Version 16.04.1, the bug still there, it is not fixed.

I think, this is not so big deal to repair.

And, the same problem is happening with the password dialog for printer, if you add the new printer, and then, select it for default printer, the name password dialog apear, but, it goes to background of other windows, and not able to give the name and password, the dialog wont stay on top of desktop windows, it goes into background of other windows.

These 2 bugs are presistent from KDE 4, and now, on KDE 5, to (exactly, Plasma 5.6), i have tryed Fedora 24 beta, and now, Manjaro 16.06 RC1 KDE - and the bugs still there, unfixed.

I'm not able to reproduce this in Kubuntu 17.04 with Dolphin 16.12.3, or KDE Neon with Dolphin from git master. At step 5, the file chooser window appears on top as expected, ans allows me to select my own icon.
