There obviously is a problem with your Phonon backend, please check your installation and make sure you have no mixup of gstreamer 0.1 and gstreamer 1.x libraries, or a mixup between Qt4 and Qt5 parts. FWIW: you need to install debugging symbols for Amarok, Phonon, phonon-backend-gstreamer and provide a new backtrace, yours is missing debugging symbols.
