In breeze dark the konsole icon is hardly visible in the plasma bar, especially when there is no transparency. 

This could probably be fixed easily by having a border with a contrast (light) colour, similar to the border around the kate icon (which is white)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use breeze dark as the plasma theme
2. Use icon tasks (optional, but makes it better visible)
3. Disable transparency (optional, but makes it better visible)

Actual Results:  
Very low contrast from the icon to the task bar, hard to see

Expected Results:  
Better contrast

Consider putting a light border around it  (e.g. same principle that the mouse cursor follows, and some but not all of the icons)
