The cancel button right of the progress notification does nothing after the action failed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a webdav (owncloud) account
2. Select a folder, right click to upload a file
3. The action failes (see 355655)
4. Click on the cancle button on the bottom right of the progress bar

Actual Results:  
The progress bar should disappear so I can be sure that the action stopped and I can start new jobs.

Expected Results:  
nothing happens
