In kdebase-kdialog 15.08.3-1, I can't select anymore a folder with an accent in its path (e.g. "/home/neros/Vidéos") in the left panel called "Places" ("Emplacements" in French).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Put a folder with an accent in the panel called "Places" (with Dolphin)
2.Open kdialog
3.Try to select the folder

Actual Results:  
It does nothing

Expected Results:  
The folder should be selected

This bug is only true when kdialog is opened with Chromium.

Fixed with the latest version of kdialog (16.12.0).
