The preview shown in the kcm_style control display a different background colour for the actual menus than what is used in real-life windows. Detaching the preview window changes its appearance to correspond to other real windows, but it is that appearance of the attached preview that I am trying to achieve.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. build and install the latest QtCurve
2. install and select the attached colour scheme and QtCurve settings
3. note the appearance of the attached preview in the kcm_style control panel
4. detach the preview window and note its appearance.

Actual Results:  
The appeance changes; see the attached screenshots.

Expected Results:  
The appearance doesn't change.

In attached mode, the preview window uses the same background colours for the menubar's menus as for the empty parts of the menubar

In detached mode, as with "real-life" windows, the menus use what appears to be the active window background colour, rather than the background colour of the empty parts of the menubar.
