On Windows 8, in  in 2.9.9 and 2.9.6.3 and 2.9.7.6, Clicking on Menu > Configure Shortcuts > Print button does not seem to do anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Settings > Configure Shortcuts
2. Click on Print button


Actual Results:  
Nothing seems to happen

Expected Results:  
Shortcut configuration pdf to be exported?

I have only tested this on Windows.(Not sure if this repros on Linux)

Hm, works on linux so probably a windows-specific issue.

Yes, this is broken on Windows only.

Where there actually any printers installed? If not, there's this bug:

I have printers installed and normal "Print"(file > print) brings up printer dialog - while Shortcut configuration "Print" button does not seem to do anything.(Is there supposed to be an export dialog?)

Apparently, it was disabled for Windows CE, which also disables it
on all of Windows.
