The bug
The same in the 5.4.2 version of KDE. I'm afraid the Breeze theme doesn't support color scheme configuration. But the color scheme works when the panel is on the bottom of the screen. Fwiw, this whole strip above the task item was removed in Plasma 5.5 and will get removed in your Plasma 5.4 too once you update your plasma-framework package to 5.16. So implicitly fixed |
