When renaming a track in the timeline, the new track name does not get reflected in the UI track list for the track parameter of a transition. Only on load of the project the tracks name list gets updated correctly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create project with multiple tracks.
2. Add color clip to project bin.
3. Drop color clip on topmost video track.
4. Add affine transition to clip on topmost video track.
5. Set "track" selection parameter of affine transition to "Video 2" (the current name of the second video track).
6. Rename second video track to "Track 2".
7. Reselect affine transition to see its current selection parameters.

Actual Results:  
"track" parameter is still "Video 2".

Expected Results:  
"track" parameter should be now "Track 2".
