When loading a Kdenlive project that has been created with 15.08.x into 15.12.0 all transitions with a track setting other than automatic get messed up, pointing to other tracks. This may be an off-by-3 error, but it's not clear yet.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new Kdenlive project with 15.09.3 with 6 video and 2 audio tracks.
2. Add to (color) clips to project bin, any clip will do, such as black and white clips.
3. Drag one clip to the topmost video track.
4. Drag other clip to bottommost video track.
5. Add addine transition to clip on topmost track, set its "track" parameter to "Video 6", that is, the bottommost video track.
6. Save project.
7. Open project in Kdenlive Applications/15.12.0
8. Select affine transition in timeline.

Actual Results:  
Track setting of affine transition is set to "Video 3", i.e. the third video track.

Expected Results:  
Track setting of transition should be set to "Video 6", i.e. bottommost video track. The kdenlive project file is correct; this can be verified by reloading the project into Kdenlive Applications/15.08.
