I keep getting this error when using ubuntu-bug to log a bug

KDEInit could not launch '/usr/lib/iceweasel/iceweasel'

1) Why is KDE trying to launch an app from a lib folder
2) I have a fresh install of kubuntu 15.10, there is no iceweasel, I am using FF and it's set as default browser

Bugs for the "ubuntu-bug" application are not tracked at the KDE bug tracker. Please report this to the bug tracker of your distribution. KDE Software also makes no references to "iceweasel". Before reporting, make sure you try with a freshly created user account. It may be related to some configuration files.
