The shadow of panel elements remains drawn after they got hidden, if vsync is off.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Disable vsync
2. Open anything from the panel that has a shadow
3. Close it

Actual Results:  
The shadow of the tooltip / panel / anything  remains.

Expected Results:  
The shadow should go away with the content.

Folderview is being used as a desktop. xubuntu 15.10 + kubuntu-desktop
