could you try LANG=en_US.UTF-8 plasmashell Same issue and this is the log from running the command incase it helps. https://paste.kde.org/pb8jywddt/vd3vri The issue was my /etc/timezone file was gibberish. I don't know how it got that way, but soon as I removed it my time went back to normal with no issues. Thanks everyone for the help. Issue is resolved. Good. So this was actually local configuration issue, thanks for checking back.
