When filling in the forms on a PDF, there's no way to clear the forms for a new entry.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open PDF
2.Enter Forms
3.Fill in entry on forms

Actual Results:  
1.Open PDF
2.Enter Forms
3.Fill in entry on forms

Expected Results:  
1.Open PDF
2.Enter Forms
3.Fill in entry on forms
4.Clear entry on forms for new entry

Should not be very hard to implement, if someone is interested please contact me, i unfortunately don't have much time lately.
