When I set "keep below" for a window and click on the desktop afterwards, the window disappears completely. It seems it is below the desktop, which should not be possible. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open an arbitrary window
2. set "keep below"
3. click on the desktop

Actual Results:  
The window disappears

Expected Results:  
The window should stay above the desktop

doesnt' here.

could you run "xprop" and click on

1) the window set to keep below
2) the desktop

i have put the output to the two files.

This bug has disappeared after upgrading to Plasma 5.4.3 and KF 5.16
