Kleopatra: Unable to import personal certificates.  Error: Unable to identify certificate types.  Import file is .pfx.  Successful with importing certificates in Outlook.  File is password protected, but does not ask for password.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Import Certificates
2.Choose file
3.Fails cannot identify file type

Actual Results:  
Fails: cannot identify file type

Expected Results:  
Install Certificate
