When creating a user new user it appears in user list but when restarting user manager this new user does not appear.
Creating an second new user makes the first one appear every time.


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open user manager
1. create a new user 
2. close user manager 
3. do something else
4. open user manager



Actual Results:  
new user does not appear

Expected Results:  
new user should appear (is present in /etc/passwd)
