drkonqi crashes, and complains that it cannot file a bug against itself because no bug reporting address has been assigned.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Do something that crashes drkonqi


Actual Results:  
drkonqi can't report the bug

Expected Results:  
drkonqi should have been able to report the bug.

Not sure what crashed it, but the tool is unable to diagnose itself.

I hate to be That Guy, but this is why I rarely bother to file bugs.

Fixed in 5.16.1
