Hi After install Krita 2.9.8 with windows 7 PC,  I can not draw anything by "Block_Tilt brush" .
Because when I change brush to the "Block_Tilt"  it simply disappear the  brush shape.
then I try to move pen or mouse, but no drawing.

 And it is not  eraser mode (I can check it in Krita) 
I check size and brush preset detail, but there seems no problem.
I re-load default , but I can not see Block_Tilt brush still.

 I uninstall and Reinstall Krita,  with delete user file, but  the Block_Tilt brush keep unvisible.
everytime when  I change brush to "Block Tilt" it turn  unvisible.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install Krita 2.98 on windows 7 pc
2. launch Krita, open canvas, or make new .  then change brush to "Block_Tilt"


Actual Results:  
3. Brush shape disappear, and not draw anything.  


Expected Results:  
SImply show the brush shape, size as "Block Tilt" as same as the icon!!

I can use another brush without problem.
though I have not check all brush at current.
