When I perform a right-click on a title bar of any window I can't escape the operations menu without selecting an item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Right click on title bar and see Operations Menu (Minimize, Maximize, More Actions, etc).
2. Left/right click on window area or on title bar again.

Actual Results:  
Operations Menu stays until you select an item from it.

Expected Results:  
Operations Menu disappeared.
