While I was trying to report a bug with the assistant I got an error at the end informing:
"Error sending the crash report: /Received unexpected error code 32000 from bugzilla. Error message was: The version value '0.1' is not active../"

This just happened to me as well.  Please mark as confirmed.

Same for me, tried to use the Crash Report Assistant, but it failed with the same reason.
Network traffic is TLS encrypted, so I can not provide any further details.
