If you hide a row or several rows (Format, Row, Hide Rows) and then try to show them again with (Format, Row, Show Rows) they do not re-appear. The same thing works fine for columns - no problem with hide/show columns. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hide a row or several rows in a spreadsheet using Format -> Row -> Hide Rows.
2. Try to show them again with Format -> Row -> Show Rows -> select the hidden row(s) -> OK.


Actual Results:  
The rows do not re-appear.

Expected Results:  
Rows should re-appear.

Sometimes, the same thing happens when you hide a sheet and try to show it again.

Check for hidden rows was inverted to check for shown rows,
hence hidden rows would never be unhidden.
