I recall seeing a Copy To and a Move To option in the File menu of Gwenview in previous versions, which I am not seeing in the current version, fully updated from Kubuntu Wily repos.

In all different systems Gwenview has File -> Copy To and Move To

Seems to be something wrong with your installation
