After applying settings in KCM module the "Apply" button is not greyed out. and indeed when the KCM module is closed a popup dialog asking to apply settings appears.

If we click twice on the button it will be greyed out and no popu appears when exiting.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change configuration in KScreen KCM module
2. Click "Apply settings"
3. Exit

Actual Results:  
Popup dialog appears asking to apply or discard settings

Expected Results:  
Just exit

Seems solved in Plasma 5.6.
