Right click on task in taskmanager, perform maximize, move mouse cursor away, icon stay still active, then click on other task.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click on task in taskmanager
2.In context menu perform action, no matter what, in this case maximize
3.Move mouse cursor away (do no perform click action)
4.Icon stay still active and highlighted
5. Left click on other task in taskamanager
6. Prev task is minimize like action is performed for him

Actual Results:  
Minimize action on prev task is unwanted behavior.

Expected Results:  
When loose focus icon to be NOT highlighted and when left click action is performed on other task, prev to be NOT minimized.

Same issue with widgets and system tray placed in the panel.

I mean same patch must be applyed to systray and widgets added to the panel.

This patch is ugly.
1. Right click on item in task manager
2. Item is highlighted
3. Perform click out of context menu
4. Contex menu is closed, but item is still highlighted
