Dolphin 15.04.3 + kdegraphics-thumbnailers 15.08.1

File previews (thumbnails) for PDF or Postscript files are not shown.

You are using a KF5 based kdegraphics-thumbnailer with the KDE4 based dolphin, that cannot work.
The next Tumbleweed snapshot will contain dolphin 15.08.1, it should work then.
