Is this still happening with KF5 frameworks updated to 5.15.0 version? It could be a duplicate of bug 350758. Use some application - Kwrite, Color Paint, e.g. 2. Use "Save as" button. Actual Results: Window for save dialog a not available 1-2 minutes and generate a very many access points.
