In the org.kde.okteta.desktop file, Okteta is flaged as DBusActivatable.
But Okteta doesn't seem to be DBusActivatable.
1) It doesn't provide an .service file
2) Even if I create a simple .service file, Okteta doesn't react correctly.

This is an issue with gnome shell that try to open the application with dbus if DBusActivatable is true.

Simply removing the DBusActivatable line form the .desktop file correct the problem.

Thanks for reporting, seems I missed the complete picture when I added that during the KF5 port :)
