When a SMS is received two notifications will be shown in the desktop:
 1. one with the SMS content which allows me to answer it;
 2. standard notification.

Therefore, one will overlap the other and I am not able to read the SMS.

Still on kdeconnect-kde 1.0.1 and kdeconnect-android 1.4.4

Had the same issue. Went into "Other Notifications" in system settings and changed type to "Popup Notifications Only". I know this is only a work around.
