Description Christian Weiske 2015-09-27 13:25:31 UTC
When exporting a video to DVD, a 5.8 GiB .vob file is produced - which never fits on a standard DVD with a capacity of 4.3 GiB.

The settings used by kdenlive for the DVD export are "vb=5000k maxrate=8000k", but I cannot change them - audio and video bitrate fields are greyed out.

It would be nice if there was a setting "fit on DVD" which automatically sets the correct bitrate to generate a .vob file that fits on a standard DVD.

this is not a bug, and it's necessary to try an updated version of Kdenlive
