If a channel tab is active, new messages arriving to it are not shown in the OSD. Messages are only shown in the OSD if I'm not currently seeing that channel, either because the Konversation window has no focus, or because a different Konversation tab is active.

I would like Konversation to also show new messages in the OSD if the channel tab *is* active but it's not currently scrolled all the way to the bottom, which normally wouldn't let me see the new messages. That way I can (sort of) keep up with new messages even while catching up with backlog or searching for something in it.
