This bug is happening in Kubuntu 15.10 with Dolphin 15.07.90. The create new folder and multiple other options are missing. Currently what is available is to create new LibreOffice items and Link to device. There should be an option to create a new folder, text document, etc.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Right click anywhere in Dolphin where you would expect to create a new folder
2.

Actual Results:  
No option to create a new folder, or multiple other options

Expected Results:  
Have an option to create a new folder

Thanks for the bug report. This issue has been reported already.

This will most likely be fixed in the next version of the KIO framework, which will be released next month.
