On a german system the default language of Konqueror is english. I found no way to change this the german. "Switch Application Language" doesn't support german or any other language. The Repository of OpenSuse doesn't contain any extra language either. 

Is it possible that there is no translation?

Expected Results:  
System default language should be konqueror default language.

Konqueror is fully translated on all my system either from distribution eg Kubuntu or compiled from sources since many years
That is a openSUSE or packaging issue or a broken installation
