Description pv 2015-09-17 14:57:49 UTC
Using Knotes 4.14.8 under KDE 4.14.9
When opening a search, the cursor has to be set in the searchfield with a mouseclick first!
The cursor could be set by default since it is the only field anyway.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open search
2. when you start typing without activating the field first, the entry is lost
3.

Can't reproduce as of knotes 15.08.2

Right click on the tray icon -> Find. Search field gets highlighted automatically.

All I'm saying is that it's fixed in the latest upstream release after the move from KDialog to QDialog.
