The icon of some programs in the task manager are displayed as a green square with the play symbol inside. The program icon is correct when using ALT+Tab to switch between windows

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch a program like intellijIdea or Mysql Workbench
2. Look at the program icon in the task manager
3. A green icon is shown instead of the program icon

Actual Results:  
The wrong icon is displayed

Expected Results:  
The program icon is displayed
