When creating a new archive, if the user wants to overwrite an existing archive, Ark fails to do so.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new archive
2. Choose an existing archive as destination
3. Confirm overwrite in the overwrite dialog

Actual Results:  
Ark asks if you want open the existing archive that was selected

Expected Results:  
Ark should not ask to open the existing archive, but should let the user to overwrite it.
