The message that appears is "*** ChanServ nadje [użytkownik] uprawnienia podoperatora kanału.". There shouldn't be "nadje".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Konversation
2. Provide +h to anyone
3. You will see "nadje" not "nadaje"

Actual Results:  
I see word "nadje"

Expected Results:  
I should see "nadaje"
