When you modify details properties and then you change from theme, and you go back to details tab in order to modify again, you find you see properies from previous theme and not present one. From that moment on its necessary to restart systemestting in order to be able to modify details from the new theme applied.

Steps to Reproduce:
1- Systemsettings
2- workspace appareance--> Desktop Themes
2.1 Choose one theme
2.2 Go to Details Tab--> Change some property --> Apply
2.3 Go back to Themes Tab --> Choose another Theme --> Apply
2.4 Go to Details Tab --> ##Here the Bug##-->  It shows the properties of previous theme, so you cant change properties for present theme. For it you need to close systemsettings and start again.

Expected Results:  
You should be able to modify the deatils properties from present theme
