since upgrade to dolphin (Framework5 / 15.08) there is no option to create a new folder anymore.
i'll attach a screenshot

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rightclick in some folder
2. create new
3. ...

Actual Results:  
there's no option to create a new folder

Expected Results:  
there should be an option for this
