Given that a significant amount of users want to change the "Flat Volumes" setting in pulse-daemon.conf from the default "yes" to "no", it could make sense to add an option in the kcm configuration for plasma-pa.

The lack of activity in this bug rather indicates that nobody expects this setting to exist.
