The pop-ups you get when hovering your mouse over some tray icon or task manager icon normally disappear when the mouse leaves the area of the pop-up. However, if the mouse leaves the area but happens to land on a desktop icon (I use "Folder View" for the desktop, so I have many icons on my desktop), then the panel (or whatever component is responsible) does not seem to detect that the mouse left the area. The pop-up stays until it times out.

Correction: It's not only happening when landing the cursor on an icon. It also happens at random when simply leaving the area.
